Welcome to Mendenhall’s Workshop (mendenhallsworkshop.com). By accessing or making a purchase from this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview & Acceptance

This website is operated by Mendenhall’s Workshop. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Mendenhall’s Workshop. By visiting the site and/or purchasing something, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products, Custom Orders, & Pricing

  • Handcrafted Nature: Because many items are handcrafted, woodworked, or custom laser-engraved, minor variations in grain, texture, color, and finish are natural and expected. These individual characteristics are not considered defects.
  • Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-designed items, please ensure all spelling, dimensions, and instructions are correct prior to approval. Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned unless an error was made on my part (as outlined in the Refund and Returns Policy).
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Secure Transactions: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (such as Square). By submitting your payment information, you authorize me to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the shop.

4. Shipping, Delivery, & Local Pickup

  • Shipping Orders: Orders are processed and shipped according to the timelines stated on the site or discussed during custom order coordination. Risk of loss and title for shipped items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Local Pickup & Storage Policy: Orders designated for local pickup will be held at the workshop for up to 30 calendar days from the date the “Ready for Pickup” notification is sent. Customers are asked to schedule pickup within 14 days of notification.
    • Items left unclaimed after 30 calendar days without prior written coordination or extension requests may be subject to a monthly storage fee or classified as abandoned.
    • Custom or personalized items that are abandoned are non-refundable and may be recycled, repurposed, or disposed of at Mendenhall’s Workshop’s discretion to clear bench space.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is the property of Mendenhall’s Workshop and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the site or designs without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mendenhall’s Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any products purchased, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the site or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any page on this site. I reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
